Michelle advises founders, investors, and companies on financing rounds, employee participation programs (VESOP/ESOP), and corporate transactions (M&A). She combines deep legal expertise with a clear understanding of the commercial realities her clients face.
Before joining PXR, Michelle worked for several years at leading international law firms Baker McKenzie and Jones Day. There, she guided national and international clients through complex M&A and private equity transactions on both the buy- and sell-side. At the same time, she developed strong expertise in venture capital, supporting technology and healthcare startups from their earliest funding rounds all the way through growth financing.
Michelle studied law and business administration at EBS University (Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel) and completed her legal traineeship at the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main. She is fluent in German and English.
