PXR advised the shareholders of Berlin-based AI
company omni:us on the sale of the company to adesso SE.

omni:us develops AI solutions for automated insurance claims processing. Upon closing, the company will continue to operate under its established brand and with its existing management as part of the adesso Group. Its technology will be integrated into the Agentic Layer of adesso’s in|sure Ecosphere insurance platform.

Customers will benefit from continuity of service while gaining access to the broader capabilities of the adesso Group, including further investments in AI and technology advancements.
