The transaction values Libra at up to EUR 90 million and marks an important step in expanding Wolters Kluwer’s global legal tech offering. Libra’s AI-powered tools support legal teams with research, drafting and document analysis and have quickly positioned the company as one of the most dynamic players in the European legal AI market.
PXR provided comprehensive legal and tax advice on all aspects of the transaction, including the innovative implementation of a §19a EIP in the exit structure.
