Chris Cerny is a corporate/M&A lawyer with a special focus on venture capital (equity and debt) and tech transactions.

Before joining PXR to start its Munich office, Chris worked for several years as an attorney at Ashurst LLP. There, he advised investors and legal departments on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, particularly in the automotive, data center, and healthcare, life & science sectors.

Chris studied law at the University of Bayreuth and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. He has been admitted as attoney since 2022. In addition to German and English, he also speaks French.
