PXR advises Zeitgold on its sale to Deel Inc.
PXR has rendered comprehensive legal and tax advice to the Berlin-based software startup Zeitgold on its sale to US-based startup Deel Inc. Deel was founded three years ago and provides solutions for the compliant hiring of international employees. This spring, Deel has raised a USD 156 million series C financing led by the investors Andreessen Horowitz, Spark and Y-Combinator Growth.
