PXR advises STARK on €500 million funding round
PXR has advised STARK, a Berlin-based European defence technology company, on a €500 million funding round. The round was supported by an investor consortium including international top tier investors.
STARK develops systems and technologies for defence applications. Its focus is on the development and industrial scale- up of capabilities in drone and UAS technology, as well as the related production capacities.
The PXR team advising on the transaction comprised Daniel Grisar (lead), Peter Möllmann (co-lead), Max Holeisen and Henning Rolfes.
