PXR advises re:cap on €100 million seed funding
PXR has advised non-dilutive funding platform re:cap on its €100 millon seed financing round. The seed financing, consisting of an equity and a debt portion, came from pan-European VCs Felix Capital and Project A, with additional participation from existing investor Entrée Capital.

re:cap allows businesses with recurring revenues to fund their growth without the need to dilute ownership via equity or on debt by converting up to 50% of their ARR into instant, upfront cash.
