You’ll bring planning, execution, and evaluation together and make sure everything runs clearly, cleanly, and effectively. You’ll also shape how we manage partnerships, how we communicate via email, and how our CRM is set up - so that marketing becomes measurable, focused, and reliable.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, execute, and manage events across a wide range of formats - including venue scouting in Berlin and Munich
  • Develop a clear event strategy, including target audiences, budget, and success measurement
  • Build lean, reliable event tracking and derive concrete follow-up actions
  • Further develop and scale successful event formats
  • Manage existing partnerships and build new collaborations
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Further develop our CRM and maintain clean lead management processes
  • Work closely with partners and the business development team

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in event or marketing roles, ideally in a startup, tech, VC, PE, or professional services environment
  • Strong operational execution paired with solid strategic thinking
  • Experience in event marketing and CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • High process reliability, a data-driven way of working, and clear prioritization skills
  • Professional, precise communication in German and English
  • Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style with a hands-on mindset
