You’ll bring planning, execution, and evaluation together and make sure everything runs clearly, cleanly, and effectively. You’ll also shape how we manage partnerships, how we communicate via email, and how our CRM is set up - so that marketing becomes measurable, focused, and reliable.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end event management for a range of event formats - from planning through execution; including venue scouting in Berlin and Munich, coordinating external service providers, and ensuring the smooth on-site delivery of events
- Partner management: outreach to and coordination with ecosystem partners to build a partner network
- CRM setup (HubSpot): establishing structures, processes, and lead management from scratch - with the goal of embedding CRM as a true pipeline driver
- Data-driven work: tracking event and campaign performance using relevant KPIs, creating reports, and deriving optimizations
- Close collaboration with partners and the business development team in developing events, as well as scaling and optimizing marketing activities
Your Profile:
- Experience in event and marketing roles, ideally in a startup, tech, VC, PE, or professional services environment
- Strong operational skills combined with solid strategic understanding
- Experience in event marketing and CRM, ideally HubSpot
- High process reliability, confident handling of data, and structured prioritization
- Professional, precise communication in German and English
- Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style with a strong hands-on mindset
