Your Responsibilities

  • Support our lawyers in exciting venture capital and M&A transactions
  • Gain insights into daily legal practice and Legal Tech
  • Contribute to the development and digitalisation of our knowledge management
  • Conduct research on venture capital, corporate law, tax, IP/IT/data protection and employment law

What We Are Looking For

  • Talented individuals (first or second state exam) with excellent results and a strong aptitude for analytical thinking
  • Characters enthusiastic about Legal Tech and the venture capital market
  • Ideally available 3 days per week (24 hours)
  • Team players who share our firm’s values, voice their opinions and enjoy open, challenging discussions
