What you will do

Support our lawyers in venture-capital financings and tech M&A transactions.
Gain insights into day-to-day legal work – from corporate to tax.
Contribute to the development and digitalization of our knowledge management.
Conduct research on corporate, tax, transaction-related, and technology-driven legal questions.

Who we are looking for

You have passed your first or second state exam with very good results and strong analytical skills.
You are interested in venture capital, technology, start-ups, and modern legal workflows.
Ideally, you are available for 3 days or 24 hours per week.
You enjoy thinking proactively, bringing in your own perspectives, and engaging in open, constructive discussions.
You want to grow professionally and personally and enjoy working as part of a team.
