You’ll work closely with our entire team, execute and iterate on formats, test new approaches, and make sure content is planned, created, and published with care - and that newsletter and CRM workflows run reliably.

Your responsibilities:
- Create social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram - from topic research and planning to visuals (especially Canva) and captions (hooks/CTAs) through to publishing
- Adapt existing content into social formats and develop/test new content formats
- Support the editorial maintenance of website and blog content in the CMS
- Set up newsletters in HubSpot incl. testing, quality checks, and performance analysis
- Maintain marketing documentation as well as our library of content and brand assets
Your profile:
- You are an enrolled student, ideally in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
- You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy writing and refining copy
- You have a strong eye for digital design and can work reliably within brand guidelines
- You have initial hands-on experience with social media and enjoy iterating based on tests and learnings
- Experience with Canva; CMS experience is a plus
