Max Holeisen

Max advises PXR's clients in various areas of corporate law, in particular venture capital and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining PXR, he completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. Before joining PXR full time, he was a legal trainee at PXR.

Max studied law at the universities of Bayreuth and Münster.
