Laura Valeske is Chief of Staff at PXR.

As an experienced generalist, she drives PXR’s build-up and ongoing development - spanning business development, process and organizational improvement, and the execution of strategic initiatives. She combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on structure and delivery.

Before joining PXR, she spent several years as a Venture Developer at a Berlin-based entertainment start-up, where she was responsible for, among other things, finance, operations, and revenue growth projects. Most recently, she worked at an international law firm as a Legal Project Manager, focusing on the management and coordination of VC and M&A mandates.

Laura studied Business Administration at EBS University of Business and Law and in the United States (Louisville, KY). She graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance.
