Dr. Cornelius Karcher

Cornelius Karcher is a lawyer specializing in corporate law and M&A.

At PXR, he primarily advises on M&A transactions, shareholder disputes, venture capital financing (equity and debt) and employee participation programs (VESOP/ESOP).

Before joining PXR, Cornelius was an associate partner at a corporate boutique in Hamburg.

Cornelius studied law in Heidelberg and Copenhagen and received his doctorate from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg. He completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg. In addition to German and English, Cornelius speaks some French, Italian, Spanish and Danish.

Cornelius is a member of the Association for the Promotion of German, European, and Comparative Business Law and the Scientific Association for Corporate and Company Law.
