What you will do:

You will advise start-ups, founders, and investors on venture capital financings (from seed to pre-IPO) and support tech-focused M&A transactions – often sell-side and involving multi-shareholder structures.
You will design employee participation programs and equity packages, handle venture debt matters, and advise management and supervisory boards on corporate governance and restructuring topics.
If you are interested, you can further develop your profile in dispute resolution and support high-stakes post-M&A arbitration matters.
You will work directly with clients from day one and build your own business case and network with our full support.
