PXR advises Opinary shareholders on sale to Affinity

PXR has advised Berlin-based startup Opinary GmbH on the sale to Affinity Global Inc. Opinary develops voting tools for global brands and leading media.

Affinity's software products are also aimed at publishers, as well as marketing companies. Through the acquisition of Opinary, the company aims to further expand its presence in Europe, according to an official statement on the takeover. No information was provided on the purchase price.
