PXR has advised Rows GmbH, a Berlin-founded platform for data-driven spreadsheets and automation, on the sale of 100% of its shares to the US technology company Superhuman. The transaction also includes the Portuguese subsidiary Rows LDA. By joining forces, the two technology companies aim to accelerate the development of the next generation of AI-powered productivity software.

Rows was founded in 2017 by Torben Schulz and Humberto Ayres Pereira and developed a modern spreadsheet platform combining live data integrations, automation and AI-driven analytics. More than 2.2 million users worldwide have used Rows to run billions of data queries and automated analyses, establishing the company as a pioneer in a new generation of data-driven productivity tools.

Following the transaction, the Rows team will become part of Superhuman and contribute its technology and product expertise to the further development of Superhuman’s AI-powered productivity platform.
