PXR advises bonify shareholders on sale to SCHUFA

According to both companies, the transformation is aimed at increasing transparency and giving private individuals more control over their data. Forteil GmbH will remain a legally separate company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Since its founding in 2015, Bonify has successfully established itself with a clear focus on consumer interests among a target group interested in credit ratings and financial topics online. The purchase of the company by SCHUFA Holding is now the conclusion of a collaboration that has already been going on intensively for more than a year. SCHUFA and bonify had first announced their cooperation in May 2022.
