PXR advises Cosuno on its $30 million Series B financing
PXR has advised the Berlin-based startup Cosuno on its $30 million Series B round of financing. The financing round was led by the US-based growth investor Avenir, with further contributions by existing shareholders Spark Capital and Cherry Ventures.

Cosuno develops a digital platform for the construction industry. Its B2B marketplace facilitates project managers' access to suitable contractors. Cosuno offers its customers, who comprise architects and building contractors, a database of a huge selection of subcontractors. The startup was founded in 2018 by Christoph Berner, Fritz Cramer and Maximilian Seifert.
