PXR advises Cosuno on €12.5 million Series A financing
PXR has advised the Berlin-based startup Cosuno on its Series A round of financing. The financing round was led by the US-based VC Spark Capital, with further contributions by APIC Investments and existing shareholders, including Cherry Ventures.
About Cosuno
Cosuno develops a digital platform for the construction industry. Its B2B marketplace facilitates project managers' access to suitable contractors. Cosuno offers its customers, who comprise architects and building contractors, a database of around 80,000 subcontractors. The startup was founded in 2018 by Christoph Berner, Fritz Cramer and Maximilian Seifert.
