PXR advises Catana Capital on the takeover by Lehner Investments (WKN: A28880) in a share-for-share deal
PXR has provided legal and tax advise to Catana Capital in connection with its 100% takeover by Lehner Investments, a financial services holding company listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The takeover was carried out against in the form of a share-for-share transaction against the issuance of 11.5 million new shares in Lehner Investments at an issue price of €1.64 per share. The transaction was completed January 20, 2021 after the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has approved the transaction as part of its owner control procedure.
