PXR advises Dance on €12 million financing
PXR advised the Berlin-based e-mobility startup Dance on its €12 million financing, consisting of both an equity and debt.
Dance offers their private and corporate customers e-bikes and e-mopeds for rent on a subscription model and is currently operating in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna and Paris. The startup, established by SoundCloud founders Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss and Alexander Ljung as well as Jimdo co-founder Christian Springub, is backed by investors like BlueYard, HV Capital and Eurazeo.
New investors now include Winthrop Square Capital and a number of business angels, such as Joe Zadeh (ex Airbnb), Max Ciociola (Founder & CEO Musixmatch), Julian Teicke (Founder & CEO wefox), David Eriksson (co-founder teenage engineering), and Katharina Kurz (Founder BRLO).
