We're not a big-firm machine. Here you take on client responsibility early and work directly with founders and funds. And we equip you with modern, AI-supported tools so your time goes into judgment, not busywork.

What you'll do

Advise startups, founders and investors on VC financings (seed to pre-IPO) and venture debt structures.
Support tech M&A transactions, predominantly sell-side and in complex multi-seller structures.
Structure employee participation programs. This is a field where we're among the pioneers in the industry, so you work at the leading edge of its development.
Advise on exciting corporate-law matters on an ongoing basis, particularly stock corporation (AG) and SE (Societas Europaea) law.

You'll experience the interplay of corporate and tax law every day, a learning opportunity that's hard to find elsewhere. And you'll work on what comes next: with the EU Inc., likely to become reality within two to three years, an entirely new chapter in European venture capital is opening. Here you're at the forefront of writing it.

What you bring

Two above-average German state exams (Staatsexamina) and a genuine enjoyment of demanding structures.
Ideally around two to three years of experience in VC, M&A or general corporate.
Enjoyment of transactional work and commercial understanding.
Clear communication and interest in technology and the VC ecosystem.
Ambition to be among the best in the field, and enthusiasm for building something together with the team.

What we offer

With 2 to 3 years of experience, your salary is €140,000 to €160,000.
