If you want to take ownership of events, partnerships, email marketing, and CRM — all in one impactful role — this is your place. Our events are a core pillar of our ecosystem work, and you’ll bring planning, execution, and evaluation together in one clear process. You’ll also shape how we manage partners, communicate through email, and structure our CRM to make our marketing both aligned and measurable.

What you will do:

Plan, execute, and manage events of various sizes and formats — including location scouting in Berlin and Munich.
Develop a clear event strategy, including target audiences, budgeting, and impact measurement.
Build a lean and reliable event-tracking system and derive actionable insights.
Further develop and scale successful event formats.
Manage existing partnerships and develop new ones.
Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
Develop our CRM setup and maintain clean, reliable lead-management processes.
Work closely with partners and the business development team.

Who we are looking for:

Experience in event and marketing roles, ideally within the startup, tech, VC, PE, or professional services environment.
Strong operational execution combined with solid strategic thinking.
Experience in event marketing and CRM; HubSpot knowledge is a strong plus.
High process reliability, data confidence, and structured prioritization skills.
Professional and precise communication skills in both German and English.
Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
