Katharina Erbe, LL.M.

Katharina Erbe is a corporate/M&A lawyer.

As a specialist in corporate law, Katharina focuses on advising PXR's clients on venture capital and M&A transactions. She also specialises in IP/IT matters, particularly in the context of transactions. Prior to joining PXR, Katharina gained several years of experience as a lawyer at BMH Bräutigam, where she advised numerous start-ups and venture capital funds.

Katharina was born in Berlin. She studied law in Berlin and at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She also passed the New York bar exam. She completed her legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal and in Melbourne.
