Dr. Max Weber

Max Weber is a corporate/M&A lawyer at PXR Legal.

Max advises PXR’s clients in various issues relating to corporate law, such as venture capital and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining PXR Legal, Max worked at the Ruhr-University Bochum at the Chair of Tax Law, where he also wrote his dissertation on a tax-procedural-law topic. Due to his dissertation, Max also has knowledge of tax law. After his legal clerkship, where he had the opportunity to work in Los Angeles for some months, he worked in a mid-sized law firm with a focus on corporate law.

Max was born and raised near Bochum.
