Asina Roth is a corporate/M&A lawyer.

Asina focuses on advising PXR’s clients on venture capital and M&A transactions. Before starting at PXR, she gained work experience in management consulting.

Asina grew up near Stuttgart. She studied law in Munich and Seoul. As a legal trainee, she worked for an international law firm and completed her clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.
