What you are responsible for

As part of our team, you will be working in:

M&A transactions (usually with a multi-seller setup)
Venture capital financing (from seed to pre-IPO)
Venture debt transactions
Employee stock ownership plans and equity packages for top management
Advising management and supervisory boards in technology companies
General corporate law and corporate litigation
High-profile litigation such as arbitration (post-M&A)
