What you are responsible for
- Accompanying and supporting employees along the entire employee life cycle - with a focus on learning & development, onboarding, performance & talent management, retention and compensation & benefits
- Steering and implementation of operational HR administration together with external service providers
- Development of a holistic HR strategy and its implementation in concrete activities including management of accompanying projects and change processes
- Further development and implementation of innovative HR processes and HR tools as well as the analysis of key figures including the derivation of measures
- Support in recruiting from the briefing of requirements with the department to the final filling of the position
- Participation in the development of employer branding
Who we are looking for
- Several years of professional experience as a strategic and operative HR business partner, HR generalist, HR manager or in a comparable position, in the individual consulting of executives and specialists, in project management, in the development of organisations and HR processes as well as in the support of change processes
- Successfully completed degree, preferably with a focus on human resources or comparable training
- In complex and/or critical situations between managers and teams, you act in a solution-oriented manner and offer detailed advice on labour law and operational issues
- Interest in diverse HR topics as well as motivation and creativity
- Proactive, structured and independent way of working, a confident manner as well as strong conceptual skills and excellent communication skills in German and English
